About Harold
Harold D. Kahn is currently an Operating Executive Consultant for Golub Capital LLC and is the Managing Member of Vela Capital Advisors, LLC, an independent advisory consultancy through which he acts as a Senior Advisor to several public and private companies. Mr. Kahn previously served as the Managing Principal, Americas for PTS Consulting, a global technology consulting firm, and Gravitas Technology Services (now part of Linedata), a boutique technology consultancy. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer for two large multi-strategy alternative investment firms, the Chief Financial Officer of a major global investment manager and, earlier in his career, he was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Kahn holds an AB in Economics from Stanford University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Industry Status) and a Certified Information Technology Professional.
