About Keith

I am a transitioning from the Navy this October and am seeking to speak to and learn from people who work in BizOps, Operations Program Manager, and Customer Success roles, ideally in the San Francisco Bay area.

As for my background, I rose from the enlisted ranks and earned a rare direct admission to the Naval Academy, commissioning as a Naval Aviator in 2008. Being an Aviator, leader, mentor, and manager has been such an amazing, humbling, and rewarding career. I love the military, but I feel I can make a much larger impact in the civilian sector. My experience is highly varied. I have directly managed teams as large as 100+ and have been responsible for technical work, operations, planning, program management, public speaking, leadership, and mentorship in highly varied roles throughout my military career.

Above all else, I am searching for a company with similar values and has a culture in which I would not only be a good fit but would also be able to make a tangible impact. Roles and responsibility aside, I think marrying these to principles will get me excited to come to work every day and find value in what I do.

I'm excited to see what my next chapter entails!
