About Dr. David

I am a US Army veteran, a Combat Medic and served in Mosul, Iraq with 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment. I am a graduate of the Healthcare Specialist Program of the US Army Academy of Health Sciences, US Army Medical Department Center & School and became licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). After getting out of the US Army, I graduated with Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Master of Science in Nursing. I am now a Registered Nurse with the ANCC Medical-Surgical Board Certification having licenses in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Ohio, Minnesota, Maryland, and the 25 US Compact States. Prior to joining the US Army, I had a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering degree. After I left the US Army and became a Registered Nurse, I worked and specialized in a Medical-Surgical Float Team covering Nursing specialties like ER, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Stroke Unit, Solid and Liquid Oncology, Renal Transplant, Cardiovascular, Cardiothoracic, HIV & Infectious Disease, Step-Down Units, etc. I had worked at North Shore University Hospital, New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, and Johns Hopkins Hospital. I just finished my Ed.D. I am an Alumnus and Volunteer of the Wounded Warrior Project. I finished my Medical School and currently processing for my US Medical Licence.
