I grew up in small-town West Virginia, went to school and graduated with undergraduate degrees in Accounting, Information systems and communications from West Virginia University. I later pursued my MBA fro Texas A&M Corpus Christi. I spent the vast majority of my career working in corporate finance, holding roles from Controller up to CFO and have experience spanning everything from startups to large multi-national conglomerates. I pivot my career from finance into technology several years ago, however, I realized my true passion was in helping others, which is now what I dedicate myself to. I started my own company where I get the joy of training and developing leadership skills, conducting motivational talks, conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions as well as meeting and event facilitation. I have been blessed with an amazing career, and now after having pivot yet again into the people development space, my true desire is to help others achieve the same success that I have also experienced.
