About John

I served on active duty in the US Navy as a helicopter aircrewman and rescue swimmer for 9 years. Subsequently I built a 10 year career in sales and marketing in the fiber optic and telecommunications industry. For the past 10 years I've transitioned my career to focus on HR and Talent Acquisition. Currently I am the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition for Scientific Games, a leader in the lottery and gaming industry. Since 2005 I've worked with individuals in career transition and specifically with veterans to help them as they make the change from the military to the corporate world. In June of 2010 I retired from the Navy Reserve after 24 years.
