With over 13 years of higher education and training and development experience to the position along with five years of working for technology startups and small businesses. Kristin completed her Masters of Arts in Organizational Development in 2009 from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX, her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 2002, and received an ACC credential for Professional and Executive Coaching in 2012. Kristin previously worked at OU as an Engineering Academic Advisor and Student Life Latino Student Services Coordinator. Most recently, Kristin worked for a technology startup, Purepost.com where she served as a member of Behavioral and Data Science Team, a Product Manager, and Career Coach for Veterans.
