I'm an accomplished leader, visionary and high energy relationship builder. From networking and business development, to talent acquisition strategy, I am versed in the tactics that work - or I pick them up if I don't already have them.
I am intentional about my leadership style, strong culture and team cohesion. I actually believe, despite the cliche, that people work for managers and for those to their left and right - and will work hard for results when they know that their leader will crawl in the dirt beside them.
I've led teams since I was a teenager in the Marine Corps, cutting my teeth in a zero-fail environment. I enjoy influencing, teaching, training and piloting new programs to success. I've built and run nationally recognized niche talent acquisition and advisory programs (corporate and public), advised government/military entities on best practices, testified as a subject matter expert before a congressional panel, and have been rewarded with the best awards of all - contributing to the success of others.
