I am a dual-career professional: I am the Program Manager for the Academy of Advanced Manufacturing (AAM) -- a joint venture between Rockwell Automation and ManpowerGroup -- and I am a lieutenant colonel in the US Army Reserve with 18+ years of service. The AAM program will train 1,000 each year for advanced / digital manufacturing roles in the U.S. I have served and deployed as a member of each the active duty Army, the Army National Guard, and Army Reserve for OIF, OEF, and mostly recently, Operation Inherent Resolve. I am passionate about training young leaders and assisting transitioning service members / veterans. I began my Army career at the United States Military Academy, and earned masters degrees from Harvard University and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
