About Jeffrey

I bring a natural curiosity to work, where I often view assignments as stages and steps of a work or process flow. I enjoy critically and analytically observing systems, their interactions, their needs and consulting a wide-range of tools for a bespoke solution. I take pride in motivating and empowering others, not with authority but by willing to do the work myself. My aim is to reduce the risks (costs) of uncertainty in a given system, and increase the impact of our resources (Human and Non-Human).

My professional experiences have covered a diverse group of industries including Military, Public Office Campaigning, IT Services, Management, Environmental Services, Retail, Food Services, Construction and Manufacturing. Each of these has amplified my learning and understanding of how systems can work together. Isenberg’s education has provided me with the in-depth financial thinking and soft skills needed to collaborate successfully. The U.S. Marines and Virtusa have provided me with the resilience and diversity in problem-solving approaches necessary to consistently meet goals. Active listening has become the cornerstone of my approach for holistic management and eliciting the requirements needed to meet or exceed all of our expectations.
