About Precillia

I am passionate about leadership development, organizational change management, organizational effectiveness and building / executing strategies. I received by BA in International Relations from American University in Washington DC and my MBA from Babson College. I grew up in Belgium on a NATO base, and my father served twenty years in the U.S. Army. My brother is an officer in the Marine Corps and my sister retired after twenty years in the U.S. Army. I am an executive sponsor of our Employee Resource Group focused on veterans and allies at Liberty Mutual - Valor@Liberty.
