- 1992 Naval Academy graduate - B.S. Engineering. MBA - 2004. Pursuing Doctorate.

- Former Surface Warfare Officer - Tours in Caribbean, Atlantic and Mediterranean. Returned to CA in 1996 for shore duty as OIC for MP's in El Centro.

- 2nd generation aerospace professional. Hired by L3Harris to be Subcontracts Group Lead for recently formed Strategic Programs group, focused on classified and proprietary activities within the business division. Combining major Subcontracts subject matter expertise with in-depth knowledge of project management.

- Raytheon (2007-2019):
- Formerly responsible for high-value critical subcontractors of complex hardware and services totaling well over $100M, including both Cost-Type & Fixed-Price subcontract management (CPFF - $65M+; FFP - $50M+) for high visibility U.S. Navy program (JPALS).
Subcontractor management and accountability of a critical supplier/competi-mate to high-profile, emerging technology Navy program (JPALS). Key improvements include stronger negotiations of pricing and terms & conditions, as well as better performance accountability through weekly tag-up meetings. Multi-stage warehouse and transportation logistics management for over 50 deployment sites nationwide over past five (5) years, including just-in-time delivery of next-generation air-traffic control equipment (STARS) to FAA TRACON facilities, remote sites and DoD installations. February 2019 - Recognition Award for significant contributions toward the STARS program receiving the 2018 Air Traffic Control Association's Annual Industry Award.

- Northrop Grumman (2002-2007): Re-established Northrop Grumman corporate supplier quality activities, including creation of Northrop Grumman's first Corporate-wide Supplier Ratings System and cross-sector field engineer utilization
Employed Green Belt Six-Sigma to lead critical supplier cross-division rationalization projects that increased opportunities for multi-divisional spending of common materials, components and resources, as well as strategic sourcing and future development activities. Under the Directed Energy Programs Group, responsible for 10-15 subcontracts managers assigned to programs supporting major government customers, including the DoD, MDA and NASA, including subcontract direct labor, department budgets, forecasts, & program subcontract management leadership including mobile (MTHEL), airborne (ABL) and solid-state (JHPPSL) technologies. Received department's highest award (Director's Award) in 2003 for extraordinary performance on two simultaneous programs, JHPSSL & Orbital Express, and for subcontracts leadership for the newly formed Directed Energy Systems organization.

- Former Western Regional Representative and LA Area Coordinator for Naval Academy Information Program. Currently Deputy Area Coordinator for North Texas.

- Reside in Frisco, Texas. Married 18 years, two daughters, 16 and 12.
