About Michael

Mike currently counsels SCORE clients in Madison, Connecticut. His background includes starting several business consulting firms, working at a “big six” accounting company in New York City, and reaching the level of Chief Technical Officer for a large insurance corporation. He is a professional project manager and has experience working on merger/acquisition teams, developing strategic plans, executing large financial systems projects, and managing mid-sized organizations. He is also an experienced technical trainer. Mike is retired from business seeking positions on small business boards of directors and adviser to senior management. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors at several companies where he is active on the Audit Committee, is actively engaged in volunteer activities including assisting returning veterans at the UCONN EBV, the New London sub base, Work Vessels for Veterans, and tutoring high school students in physics, chemistry and mathematics.. He is a US Army veteran. He holds college degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering.
