About Wayne

Having served in the US Armed Forces for 21 years, I have a diverse background in Operations, Intelligence, Training and Personnel Management. At the end of the day, I solve problems and enjoy getting a team rallied together to have fun accomplishing our shared goals. Some of my most notable accomplishments are quick-wins I was able to identify when in a new role. For example, when I was 30 days on the job, as a new Personnel Manager, I was tasked with ensuring we had the resources to enable a 25% increase in monthly flight missions. I quickly devised a plan and streamlined an on-boarding process in order to double the organization from 60 heads to 120 (with an addition 20 person churn in roles). In another role as a Personnel Manager, after just two months on the job, I realized there was an opportunity to greatly improve processing of National Security Administration clearances. Although these clearances require multiple distributed steps, many could happen concurrently but weren’t being managed that way. I reduced the time to process NSA clearance and enable individuals to engage on a mission by 77 days. This process became a best practice and was adopted at a global level by our INSCOM Commanding General, saving ~400 new mission employees 77 days each in a 3 year mission. I am a quick study and I am certain I would be a valuable asset. I have a B.A. in Political Science and also have the licenses needed to be a financial adviser. I also have an active TS/SCI CI poly security clearance.
