About Michael

I am a 22 year retired LtCol, retired for 11 years out of Tinker AFB in OK. I am a special education, and science and math teacher by trade. I worked for 4 years right out of retirement for Devon Energy as their Senior Manager for Records and Information Management. I then went on to open my own business, starting a records storage business and performing consulting work for a company out of Calgary Canada. I then returned to the private sector in a small business and put my Masters in HR to work. My passions are my family, golf, outdoors in work it is HR, Leadership, Management, Training and Development.
