About Pete

Pete is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive work in career management consulting across a variety of industries. As well, he has assisted client companies, such as Comcast, GSK, BNY Mellon, and GGB Bearing with internal mobility talent management projects. He leads service delivery in the Wilmington, DE and Lancaster, PA offices while specializing in executive level career transition across the greater Philadelphia market. Pete has worked with hundreds of clients in career transition - from all walks of life, functional areas, and industries.
His expertise is derived from years of leadership in executive Human Resources management, operations, and clinical services. His Human Resources’ background includes designing and directing dynamic, strategically aligned Human Resources’ operations for high growth companies in the professional services, hospitality, specialty retail, and sportswear industries.
Pete has developed courses and taught at various colleges for a number of years. Currently, he serves as an adjunct faculty member at Delaware Technical & Community College in Wilmington, DE and Neumann University in Aston, PA where he teaches Management and Human Resources classes both in traditional classroom settings and online.
Pete’s clinical services’ education and background have proven instrumental in working with career development, career transition, and change management projects in direct service delivery from both an internal as well as external consulting perspective. His expert leadership in facilitation, assessment, problem-solving and communications enable Pete to provide hands on, strategic consulting with all levels of clients. Given his success in executive level services innovation Pete has achieved the Subject Matter Expert designation – providing methodologies and delivery models for the executive level career transition program.
