Retired Limited Duty Officer (Nuclear) who made a career change to Corporate Training and Organizational Development and Operations.
I started out as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner for the southeast for Morgan Corporation, the largest medium freight truck body manufacturing company in the US. We build trucks for recognized brands such as Penske, U-Haul, Budget, etc. I started up the Training and Organizational Development department for the same company. I then moved back into operations as a Plant Manager and then as a Director of Operations.
