About Winson
Winson Heng is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting Government and Public Services Practice. He has 30 years of experience in government. He specializes in analytics, technology program management, performance management, organization transformation, strategic planning, continuous process improvement, as well as program and financial management.
Winson is actively involved in Diversity and Inclusion, and Culture initiatives. He is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics related to those initiatives. He serves on the Board of Directors of Ascend* Greater Washington Area (GWA) Chapter. He is currently the Deloitte Rosslyn Office Culture Champion and served as the Partner Sponsor for Deloitte’s National Asian Business Resource Group (ABRG).
Winson served in the U.S. Navy from 1987 to 1993. Thereafter he served in the U.S. Navy Reserves and retired at the rank of Commander in 2010. Winson holds a B.Sc. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Oklahoma City University.
