About Karen

I have worked in disability for 15 years in a variety of roles. My experience includes: return to work focus and case management in std, fmla, ltd, and impairment case manager. I currently am working as a MetLife Way Change Agent.

I have previous experience as a Customer Service Manager at Verizon Wireless and over 20 years experience in customer service. This includes Lean Management Principles and Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations.

I have worked with a wide variety of populations including, teenagers, infants, toddlers, those with developmental disabilities and psychiatric conditions.

I work hard at thriving and learning something NEW every day. I believe in collaboration and teamwork to produce the best results.

I am also a Wellness Coach, and regular Blood donor/supporter.
