About Yida

I am a Human Resources Professional with 18 years of experience inTalent Acquistion, Talent Management, Strategic Business Partnership and Employee Labor Relations. In my current role I am the Strategic Business Partner for Visa Global Customer Care Services business unit. My focus is to build relationships with business leaders and be a catalyst in delivering Human Resources solutions that support the specific needs of each business and overall business objectives.

One of the greatest pleasures in my career and many years in HR is being able to help employees and even friends obtain not only a job but a career they are passionate about.

Of course Human Resources are not my only insterest, I love the outdoors and enjoying camping and fishing with my family. I am an amazing cook, not just because I say so, I have people who can validate this! I enjoy being with family and friends having great food and good wine.

I hope to use my many years in HR to help mentor to the best of my abilities those seeking career advice.
