About Brent

I'm a former US Army Warrant Officer (Blackhawk pilot, flight operations manager) who served on active duty from 2005 to 2013.

I transitioned out of the military in 2013 and immediately enrolled full-time in Tennessee State University to complete my bachelor's in mechanical engineering, which I completed with honors in 2016. During 2016, I was hired as a researcher at my alma mater to continue my degree capstone studies, which were published at an international engineering conference.

I began a defense hardware engineer role in April 2017, but concurrently I'd applied to full-time MBA programs, and USC Marshall accepted me into their program in July. I graduated from Marshall in May 2019 and since Jan 2019 I've been seeking project/program management roles within the defense/aerospace industries, but only for the Southern California region.

In my free-time, I restore vintage muscle cars and enjoy the outdoors with my family.
