I am an Army Brat (dad was an Army infantry officer), and as such am familiar with the work, lifestyle, and community. Having been raised by a military officer has influenced much of who I am and how I operate in the world. This includes having strong ideals and integrity, and a comfort with change! I have over 30 years of experience in human resources and small business management, with the past 20 years focusing on human resources leadership in non-profit organizations and institutions of higher education.
