About Kate

Professionally and passionately I am a Behavior Therapist and a Life Skills Coach. We have many family members who have served and have a respect and understanding of those who do so. I believe helping people to achieve a balance in life and health leads to a better quality of life. Kindness, benevolence, honesty, compassion and healthy living can be achieved and leads to peaceful existence. I hold a PhD in Exercise & Sport Psychology and a Masters Degree in Public Health specializing in Community Health. For me giving back is a moral imperative and I feel blessed to be able to help others explore their own life challenges and make changes that make them feel better about their lives and families.

I specialize in teaching Life Skills in professional and personal life. I work with anyone who is going through a life transition. I have served as an Academic Adviser to students for years including developing personal statements, resumes, preparing for interviews, applying for jobs and/or schools, and offering general mentoring and coaching.
