I am motivated and experienced professional with 21+ years of professional experience ranging from military to business management. I am a dedicated veteran who believes in furthering the mission.
I have served in a leadership role for 9 consecutive years rising from a supervisor to executive with P&L responsibility. I have led many projects and strategic initiatives including a manufacturing project that helped an organization reduce cost of goods, increase global plant efficiency and decrease transportation costs on the highest volume product. My career tract has provided continued leadership development including attending Bell Leadership Achievers at the Bell Leadership Institute, selection and completion of executive leadership development program, completion of multiple leadership courses at NC State University and the US Navy. I am a proven leader and business manager who operates with the highest standards of honesty, integrity and ethics.
I am an experienced sales professional and avid customer advocate. Over the past few years I have proven successful in complex contract negotiations, closing large product and service sales with key industry accounts, resolving customer complaints to closure and driving organizational change towards customer advocacy. I understand a wide variety of customers from the heavy equipment space to the banking technology space.
My career has provided two opportunities to work on ERP implementation teams. In 2013 I worked on a team that implemented SAP as the organizational ERP system. In 2015 I worked as the Business Process Owner for global operations helping define and take “as-is” to “to-be” processes as part of the Infor ERP implementation team. I successfully led a team of key users in defining business processes and configuring a new ERP system in a hybrid manner, optimizing processes without compromising operational requirements.
