Then, we empower individuals, leaders, teams, and teenagers to create a strategy that matches their innate, natural, and God-given abilities to succeed. We also collaborate with parents of teenagers whose teenagers are undecided about their career path or profession to select a career while in high school to succeed beyond high school.
The world of education, business, and career development is no stranger to the powerhouse known as Maxine Pearl Phillips, sought-after speaker, Career Performance and Retention Architect, and CEO of GAMMS Unlimited Career Coaching & Founder of LEVELLESS.
Maxine has over three decades of Human Resources experience and is known as the Job Search Strategist and Performance Architect. After giving more than 25 years of providing leadership and professional education consultation to organizations small and large, she saw an opportunity to exalt her talents to a realm outside of the corporate world.
Outside of the professional arena, she is the Creator and brainpower behind the LEVELLESSS Mindset TM. A shift in the mind to remove the need to aspire to a level but instead, discover your innate abilities, define success, design a career strategy, develop yourself and deliver with excellence. This mindset has successfully propelled thousands of pre-teens, tweens, young adults, and adults into a path of self-discovery and life purpose. She is also the author of the critically acclaimed Transformation Write + Share + Live journal and guidebook where individuals record their transformation. Phillips has absolutely changed the game like a seasoned platform speaker emblazoned with a passion for helping others reach their pinnacles of success on their terms.
She is the eighth of twelve children and the first in her family to receive a college degree AAS and BA (both in business administration). She is a Certified Business Coach, DDI Behavior-based Interviewer, Certified Ability Battery Consultant, Certified SHL Performance Personality, and 360 Facilitator. Phillips understands and embraces the necessity of incorporating learning and teaching into one's life. She is an observant learner, nurturing teacher, and a compassionate communicator. Maxine helps others discover their innate abilities, designs a blueprint to use their strengths when selecting a career or degree plan, and provide workshops for continuous development. Students are able to tell their stories when writing essays and preparing for job or college interviews. Adults who are unemployed or employed and need help to make a career transition, find a partner who is willing to walk the journey with them.
She is active in several organizations and is a lifelong learner who volunteers her time to assist non-profit organizations. She believes in using her gifts to "pay it forward" by helping other reach their full potential. She has worked with organizations and schools such as Celebration Church (High school students and women groups), S.I.S.I. (Small PEARLS), Priceless Pearls, (OH), Top Teens of America (Wendell), Jack and Jill, Inc.(Capital City), National Association of MBA (Leaders of Tomorrow), over 10 schools in Wake CountySchool System), Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools (Blue Ribbon-Mentor), Dallas County Community College (Eastfield Campus, TX), Durham Technical Community College, North Carolina Central University, and North Carolina State University. She has worked with several military personnel transitioning into the civilian world.
