I have 17 years experience in HR and over 10 years in management. In all my positions, there is one common denominator: working one-on-one with employees (training, mentoring, or coaching) brings me great energy and fulfillment. I have thought about helping VETS for quite some time specifically in the area of finding employment and the prep that goes into it. It can be daunting! VETS need people who can come alongside to assist them and to encourage them. I was recently coached through my Gallup CliftonStrengthsFinder strengths and it was life changing. Coaching is a passion I want to pursue. Recently, I received StrengthsFinders coach training in Colorado Springs, CO. I received my college degree through Cedarville University, Cedarville, Ohio (BA). I would love to help VETS in any capacity!
