About Susan
Susan Gross is a Federal Resource Manager and Resource Manager Lead for Federal Consulting Project Delivery. She joined Deloitte in October 2010 in Resource Management after several years as a Corporate Recruiter. Human Resource Management is her "second career" as she spent 14 years in the Advertising industry as a TV/Radio Broadcast Producer. Upon Susan’s reentry into the workforce in 2006, she quickly found a passion in recruiting and human resource management; where she enjoys working with practitioners for career coaching as well as staffing. Susan has a BS in Business/Marketing, Masters in Human Resource Management, and an MBA. She is holds a PHR and SHRM-CP Certification, as well as a CPC (Certified Professional Coach) certification through IPEC.
