About Mario

Retired AGR soldier, previous readiness NCO and First Sergeant of a 160 man, Infantry Stryker unit and acting First Sergeant. Due to my job, I own many hats I handle a lot of S-1, S-3, S-4 functions to include building manager, physical security manager, safety manager and commander of my unit Monday Thru Friday. Currently production supervisor for Willscot Corporation.

Some of my major accomplishments, organizing job fairs for my soldiers who are under-employed or seeking different carreer fields, acting first sergeant, family readiness military liason.

I've been married to my lovely wife of 21 years, we have three kids who are currently attending University of Washington or Cal State Bakersfield.

My current education: BA Criminal Justice, Grantham University, and currently pursuing Masters in Criminal Justice Adminisitration from Columbia Southern University Class 2021.

My passion is to serve and make a difference in my organization, I have no clue where to start and what type of jobs I can qualify for, your guidance and mentorship would be greatly appreciated.
