About Brenda
I am a passionate transformational coach and professional business consultant who believes a rich fulfilled and purposeful life is waiting for everyone who has the courage to dream and explore. I have a background in leadership, life and career transition and entrepreneurial coaching, business development and marketing, procurement and federal contracting, and training and education. I am passionate about career planning and responsible leadership and is committed to helping businesses, individuals, and community organizations face the ever-increasing challenge of meeting today’s complex business environment.
Through my training and experience, I have developed a proven mentoring and coaching ability, providing group and one-on-one support and creating training resources.
My business, The Next Step Coaching and Consulting, is built on the Co-Active principals that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, our relationship will be a partnership in gaining insight and clarity around your vision and building an actionable path to achieve it.
