I am the Director, Talent Acquisition at CBS Corporation based in New York, NY. As the Director, Talent Acquisition, I work closely with Recruiters, HR and the business to design, implement and manage key, company-wide, talent programs for the People Team. Prior to CBS Interactive, I worked at Medidata Solutions in New York, NY where I was the Manager, Staffing Operations and University Recruitment. During my time at Medidata, I managed a team that supported global recruitment initiatives. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, with a Major in Accounting and a Concentration in Communications. I began my career as an Auditor with KPMG in Stamford, CT.
