I am a Air Force Veteran with 6 years of administrative and operational experience in Human Resources supporting supply chain and operations in the military. I have handled leave requests, personnel records, Compliance, Performance Management, employee relations, and change management. My desire is help people in the Human Resources field, whether it be a simple question or handling a mediation between manager and employee, I want to help people. I have earned my Bachelor’s degree in General Studies and my PHR certification. My goal is to connect with professionals currently in the HR field and hopefully bridge the gap and start work at a company within then Columbus, Marysville, Hilliard, or Dublin areas.
