About Michael
I am 53 years old, I have been working for In n Out Burger for 37 years. I am married to my beautiful wife Dianne, and we are celebrating our 23rd year together. We have 3 children , 20 year old son, 14 year old son and an 8 year old daughter. We are a blessed Christian family, and are active in our church. I enjoy the outdoors. golfing. hiking , going to the beach , going to amusement parks , and we enjoy traveling. I am a high school graduate with two years of community college, no degree. The most enjoyable part of my job is mentoring our young leaders and seeing them advance.
