About Dona

My dad, brother and uncle all served in the army. They were proud of their service and I was proud of them. I have a Masters degree from The Johns Hopkins university in Strategic Human Resources. I have a Coaching Certificate from ATD. I am professional with extensive corporate training and organization development consulting experience in national and global markets for a diverse set of industries. For the last several years my focus has been corporate training and organization development consulting to include providing training and coaching in Behavioral Interviewing. I have also been an in-house recruiter. I derive a great deal of satisfaction from stand-up training and one-on-one coaching. Recently I launched a course called Business Etiquette and Personal Branding.

My family is my passion.
