About Brian

I was active duty Air Force for 8 years in Air Transportation. I left active duty to pursue a career in IT and joined the AF Reserve. I successfully balanced my military and civilian careers as a USAF Reservist until I retired from the military in 2018. I have been a software developer, software architect, project manager, people leader, and responsible for large organizations and/or projects. During my career in the AF Reserve, I served as a Command Chief for 7 years where I mentored airmen at all levels providing career guidance and advice, cultivating leaders, and helping develop men and women into exemplary Citizen Airmen. Having had a foot in both the private and military sectors, I understand the differences and similarities between the them. I have experience as a hiring manager in IT and in the military, which I can use to help veterans transition to civilian roles.
