I've held various roles in the Oil and Gas Industry (Executive Assistant, HR Business Partner, Recruiter, Business Analyst /Engineering Specialist) and recently became a Certified Professional Coach (B.S in Psychology). I've presented at multiple Data Analytics conferences, conducted various employee training sessions and coordinated college recruiting efforts for multiple companies. I believe we bring all of who are are to work and when we show up fully as ourselves, work feels less like work and more purposeful. I'm an advisor on the Patient and Family Advisory Council at MD Anderson Cancer Center with a goal to improve the cancer experience for every person that is impacted by a cancer diagnosis.
