About Eisel
Mr. Eisel Lorenzo, a certified instructor in Brazilian Martial Arts and Level 2 Cross-fit Trainer, is the visionary behind Magangá Fitness. He was born in Newark, New Jersey as a first-generation Puerto Rican American. Mr. Lorenzo is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico where he acquired a BA in Language Arts, certification as a teacher of both Elementary and Secondary English, and a Master of Arts in English Literature. He is fluent English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
Mr. Lorenzo served in the United States Army for 15 years with two combat deployments in Iraq, supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Following combat, he served for three years as a Program Support Specialist supporting Hemodialysis and Emergency Room operations at the Caribbean Veterans Affairs Medical Healthcare Center, in San Juan, P.R. Mr. Lorenzo lives Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife and child.
