About Paul

I'm passionate about developing and coordinating teams to provide value for stakeholders, organizations, and customers. I love working with diverse teams in large organizations. It's what I did as an Army Officer, and it's what I'm looking to do for my next career. I have a background in instructional design, but my Army experiences are wide and vast. I understand learning and development, operations, business continual improvement, logistics, data analysis, business continuity/disaster response, and maintenance. Project Management is my focus area, with plans to pivot into IT Project Management as my career develops. I am a certified Professional Scrum Master. I am working towards my Project Management Professional certification and volunteer as the Data Analysis Manager on the Technology Team with my local chapter of the Project Management Institute. I am also working towards my Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
