About Michelle
I have been working for Bank of America for the past 20 years and currently an experienced Test Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Test Execution within our Enterprise Independent Testing department.
I have designed, executed test plan and production of progress reports for the accuracy of client's payments to ensure work is completed in accordance with the Test Strategy. My experience prior to working within Enterprise Independent Testing is varied; have worked in multiple roles across: Consumer Finance Collections & Lending, Proactive Review, Existing Customer Credit Risk, Small Business Acquisition, Small Business Existing, Credit and Retail Loan Check Processing which has giving me the opportunity to work on a number of different systems to continuously build on knowledge and transferable skills.
I am a member of the Delaware LEAD for women, where I currently serve on the Advocacy Committee and also part of the Delaware Task Force for Domestic Violence where I provide awareness for others while working closely with our partners Delaware Coalition and Child Inc. I am also a member of the Delaware Chapter Employee Networking Group, Military Support & Assistance Group.
