About Nicholas
I am an Army Aviation Captain and Blackhawk Pilot transitioning out of the Army in May 2021 with preference to relocate to the Northeast. I have a BS in Electrical Engineering from West Point and MS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology. I will have 8 years of service at the end of my military commitment. I am a dedicated leader with extensive experience commanding as many as 195 professionals from diverse backgrounds. I oversaw missions across the U.S. and Afghanistan, and managed maintenance for a fleet of 35 helicopters. I am a critical thinker skilled at creative problem solving and strategic planning. I have a passion for developing and leading teams that thrive and inspiring an atmosphere of teamwork and positive morale. I have a keen interest in engineering and technology sectors.
