I have over 25 years experience in the areas of organizational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, policy construct and administration. I feel I've demonstrated strong leadership capabilities through the successful management and re-engineering of HR organizations, development of teams and resourcing of staff. Our team objective is to drive the business to increased effectiveness through leverage of best practices and utilizing a consultative approach with stakeholders. In my role I am a coach, consultant and provider of services.
I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bradley University.
My interests include golf, traveling, remodeling homes, gardening and a fan of professional sports - NFL, NHL and MLB.
