About Christopher
Since July 2018 Chris has been the Head of Group Operations, a global team working across every UBS business in every market to deliver the services our clients want and need, and which is dedicated to enhancing the client experience through digital transformation and delivering excellence.
Chris joined UBS in 2006, and spent ten years in a variety of senior strategy and cost management roles across both UBS Group Technology and Group Operations, including as COO of both organizations. In April 2016, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Group COO, the function overseeing all logistics and support services for the UBS Group across Operations, Technology, HR, Corporate Services, and Sourcing. In this role he was also the Group-wide sponsor for automation, and responsible for the design and implementation of the UBS service management framework. Prior to joining UBS, Chris was at Accenture for ten years.
