About Chad
I am a 24 year veteran of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program who is preparing to transition in April 2019. I have extensive project and program leadership experience spanning more than half of my career in the Navy's nuclear power program as well as conventional power generation plants. With that said, I consider myself to be dynamic and have been able to learn and adjust quickly to varying job assignments outside of my primary area of expertise. I have found great enjoyment in developing my people and watching them grow and succeed. I firmly believe that leadership is about empowering your team and providing them freedom to make decisions rather than daily taskers and constant tracking creating trust and ownership. I hope to find these types of leadership challenges outside of the military and to truly love what I do.
