I have been in middle and senior management for 30 years. I have an MBA, but education is less important than soft skills in many cases. My background - I have been heavily involved in Sales & Marketing as well as technical project management in a variety of industries. I have worked for both large and small companies. I have been Director of Marketing for a very large non-profit, a VP & General Manager for two smaller companies as well as key roles at two Fortune 500 organizations. I have also been helping people find the best career fit for several years. It is something I found that I like to do and most people dread it - so I started helping others find new jobs.
