About Robin

Good day, my name is Robin Minutello and I am a Licensed Master's of Social Worker in Maryland. I am currently employed with DoDEA, working in the special education department with high needs children. I also have experience working in the Public School system at an elementary setting where I planned and conducted weekly social skills groups, conducted de-escalation for youth in the school setting, provided one on one counseling, provided feedback for staff, worked on IEP and BIP plans, and ran a weekend food backpack program for over 100 families in need for the elementary school.
During my time at Catholic Charities in Baltimore County, my direct outreach intervention led to 12+ new youth per month. I also planned and conducted weekly life cycles and therapy interventions for adolescences that were facing community-based challenges, anger management, educational needs, and suffered from trauma. In a case manager/social work position with Veteran Resource Center in CA I was privileged to serve other fellow Veterans in the homeless vulnerable population community through assessment, direct plan intervention, outreach coordination, and through the HMIS system.
My military experience consists of experience in Command and Control with expertise in Search and Rescue, communications, interviewing the Public, with specialized skills in writing investigative reports, technical writing, multi-agency coordination, and information management. I am a recipient of the Coast Guard Achievement Medal which resulted in exceptional professional competence while coordinating responses to over 426 Search and Rescue cases, 18 Law Enforcement Cases, over 500 National Response center cases, and resulted in over 2600 lives saved and $48 million property saved or assisted. I have personally, effectively, ensuring the records of over 1,400 Federal cases while maintaining or cooperating records to other departments, ensuring documentation accuracy, and precedence of case priority while working in a high-stress field. My trauma and crisis experience from both military and working in the Social Work field is an asset to any team that I would join, I am a team player who values integrity and commitment to clients and fellow co-workers.
