About Ham
I am a Senior Sales Manager for Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, based in Orange County, CA. In that role I manage team of seasoned professionals who provide equipment financing to medium to large businesses throughout California.
I am also a retired Navy Captain, with 30-years of service, mostly as a Navy Reservist. As a Surface Warfare Officer I served on several ships in a variety of jobs including Gunnery Assistant and First Lieutenant. I also served on the staff of Commander, Naval Forces, Korea, Commander, Pacific Fleet and Commander, Multi-National Forces - Iraq.
As a manager for 30+ years I have conducted many interviews, and have interviewed for jobs myself. It is that experience that I would like to share with fellow Veterans. I enjoy sharing my experience and insight with others and over the years have mentored or advised many people about careers in financial services.
