About Tom
I have considerable experience and passion to develop leaders. Additionally, I have a strong training background. My 30-year Army experience culminating as a Colonel provided me tremendous opportunities to lead organizations up to 1,600 people in chaotic international environments. I had the privilege to advise American and foreign government executives, host international media, conduct public speaking engagements, and train large organizational staffs.
My education and professional certifications include Master of Science, Bachelor of Science, SHRM-SCP, and PMP. I previously held the CFP certification.
During my spare time in enjoy camping, traveling, reading, and exercising. I am an active volunteer leader in Boy Scouts which includes World Scout Jamboree and National Scout Jamboree where I serve as Chairman for Extreme Sports staff of 420 volunteers.
