He is particularly passionate about operational capability transformation, leadership development, and enterprise data management.

Phil has an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of business, with concentration in Operations Research. He also has BS in Molecular Biology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
