About Francis

I have broad experience in software development from Oil & Gas to Chip testing, Networking, Satellite flight and ground, Software defined Radio (JTRS/MUOS), Software defined networks.
I have 3 years college in computer science and math and 35 years experience in software from able wire up to web development. I mastered OO and many languages etc.
I am an excellent mentor and many of my mentee's are in high level positions in companies such as Apple, General Dynamics, Uber, Garmin and many more.
I want to help our vets since our nation does not.
