About Kristin
I joined Deloitte's Human Capital practice after graduating from Vanderbilt University with a BA in economics. In 2016, my husband began a transition out of the Army as an Infantry Captain in search of a new career. Through his experience, I realized the many assets veterans possess and challenge in translating those into a new career. I am motivated to help others crack the code on the translation and transition to a new role that makes you excited about your next chapter.
In 2018, I took a brief pause in my career to pursue my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. My experiences there only further heightened my passion for coaching others to achieve meaning in their careers. I graduated in June 2020 and rejoined Deloitte's Human Capital as a Senior Consultant focused on Learning & Leadership Development.
