About Will
Will seek every opportunity to learn and grow so that he is able to pass his knowledge to the younger generation. He is passionate about people/leadership development, coaching and mentoring. He always looks at the positive side on every situation.
Will’s leadership journey started in 2001. His journey took him to Seton Hall University Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership (MASCL) program where he graduated with honors. He is a public speaker in Leadership. Aside from his passion for leadership and talent development, Will is a certified project manager from PMI and a Certified Scrum Master. He has been teaching leadership, effective communication and talent developments for more than six years. He is also a certified speaker, coach and trainer from John Maxwell.
Will has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. He holds an MBA in Information Decision and Technology Management from IONA College where he graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce – Majoring in Accounting from University of Santo Tomas.
In his free time, he loves to blog and reading. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
