Jennifer is a senior leader in the field of global compensation and benefits. Jennifer has thirty years of strategic planning and design experience in the industrial, banking and manufacturing industries. Jennifer’s senior leadership roles have included responsibilities for strategic leadership, change management, analytics and diagnostics, international assignments, and integrated HR solutions aligned with organization strategy and philosophy.

Jennifer received a B.S. degree in industrial management from the University of Akron and an MBA from Cleveland State University. She also holds professional certifications including Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Jennifer is also an adjunct professor at Baldwin Wallace University.
